Margaux Holiday Home

Brand new for the 2025 season, the Margaux is designed to impress with its luxurious townhouse interior and modern vibe.

With new thicker bonded sandwich exterior wall construction for enhanced strength and improved insulation, and NEW improved thermal performance, the Margaux promises a well-insulated, comfortable home.

Featuring a bright interior, highlighted by a full height front aspect window and a stunning interior with new ‘Provenza’ vinyl flooring and new ‘Indigo’ furnishings throughout, the Margaux is the perfect space for entertaining.

Morlaix Holiday Home

Discover the Morlaix – a brand new home for the 2025 season, boasting a charming farmhouse interior with a cosy ambiance throughout.

With neutral tones accented by ‘Truffle Brown’ woodgrain features and new ‘Provenza’ vinyl flooring throughout, this stylish holiday home is right on trend, providing the perfect retreat for the whole family.

The Morlaix presents an open plan living space with new improved thermal performance, high spec appliances throughout, and even features a stylish Nature Wall room divider, adding a touch of sophistication and privacy.

Montreal Holiday Home & Lodge

Step inside the Montreal, Swift’s first 20ft wide twin unit with a 10ft by 10ft split. Available as both a Holiday Home and a Lodge, the Montreal boasts a stunning farmhouse aesthetic.

Designed with families in mind, the Montreal offers a spacious interior, featuring a practical hallway ideal for managing muddy boots and pets. It also includes a Jack and Jill bathroom with dual access doors for private entry. The design is neutral and on-trend, showcasing the new ‘Provenza’ vinyl flooring and ‘Tobacco Halifax’ furniture throughout.

The Ardennes has undergone a makeover for the 2025 season while retaining its much-loved features.

The Ardennes interior is thoughtfully designed, with its new Scandinavian soft furnishings scheme and herringbone effect vinyl flooring in the kitchen, dining area and bathrooms, providing a contemporary feel.

Loire Holiday Home

Bright, fun and functional, the beloved Loire has received a makeover, offering superb value with a fresh new look.

Loire’s interior features the new Coastal soft furnishings, providing a fresh look, while the Tournai vinyl flooring in the kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms offers durability and style. The lounge feels light and airy thanks to the new front bay panoramic window (12’ models only).
